This week the House of Representatives sued the White House for failing to provide information related to the controversial firings of nine U.S. Attorneys in 2006. There’s evidence suggesting the nine prosecutors may have been dismissed for political reasons. One of the fired US Attorneys was John McKay, who worked in Washington State’s Western District. He recently published a legal paper with his firsthand take on the firings called, “Train Wreck at the Justice Department: An Eyewitness Account.” John McKay speaks with Faith Salie on Fair Game.
