Can Gov. John Kasich fix Ohio?

The World

We continue our series about incoming governors across the country and the challenges they face. This morning Republican John Kasich will be sworn in as the new governor of Ohio, replacing Democrat Ted Strickland. Ohio is a critical state in national elections. Dr. Jason Johnson, political science professor at Hiram College and politics editor for The Source magazine, joins us to explain why Ohio is a bellwether for what’s to come in 2012.
