The possibility of a military action targeting Iran along with the current economic sanctions are creating anxiety inside the country.

Karim Sadjadpour, of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Nazila Fathi have monitored the situation closely.

Fathi reported for The New York Times from Iran until she was forced out in 2009.

She’s now a fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
