Shera Bechard, a playmate and actress, has made headlines for obtaining an O-1 work visa for her “extraordinary talent,” allowing her to come to the US from her native Canada.
Entertainers and engineers alike have used the visa as a means of coming to the United States, but issues in immigration aren’t always as straightforward as they may seem.
