UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has been awarded a 10th degree black belt in taekwondo by the World Taekwondo Federation. The WTF says this is because of the “shared values” between taekwondo practitioners and the United Nations. Can we expect to see the Secretary-General breaking deadlocks now by breaking boards?
