Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is in Delhi to express solidarity with the Indian government; she called the attacks in Mumbai “the kind of terror in which al-Qaeda participates.” Rice said she wanted to consult Indian authorities on what the United States could do to help. BBC correspondent Chris Morris is following developments from Delhi and talks to The Takeaway.
