Government workers in Iraq enjoyed a holiday on Monday. The reason is the heat. It’s over 120 degrees Fahrenheit and power shortages mean no air conditioning most of the time. Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with reporter Jane Arraf in Baghdad.
