President Barack Obama called China's President Hu Jintao early this morning in the hopes that he could enlist the leader's help in sending a "clear message" to North Korea. In the weeks since North Korea launched a barrage of shells against South Korea last month, U.S. officials have charged that China isn't putting enough pressure on their neighbor to be less of a threat in the region.
