Sen. Baucus modifies health care bill

The chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.), said Monday that he would modify his health care bill to provide more generous assistance to moderate-income Americans in order to help them buy insurance. Our Washington correspondent Todd Zwillich unpacks why.
