This morning the Asian stock markets are reflecting yesterday’s hiccup on Wall Street. Key indexes in Japan, Australia and Hong Kong all slumped this morning, a gloomy market mood that was not helped by discouraging words from the World Bank yesterday, which said the U.S. and European economies would shrink.
