Illinois Governor Rod Blogojevich has retained Chicago’s best-known defense lawyer, Ed Genson. He has a career going back three decades that is studded with interactions of some of the city’s most colorful characters. Chicago journalist Steve Rhodes profiled Genson for Chicago magazine.
