Basque separatist group ETA gives France a list of arms caches under disarmament vow
In a promise to completely disarm, the Basque separatist group ETA provided French authorities with a list including the location of eight weapons caches on Saturday. Nearly 200 police along with bomb disposal experts were mobilized to secure the weapons in the handover.
