European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso says Greece will stay in the euro zone. In a State of the Union address on Wednesday, Barroso urged greater economic  integration in the European Union, saying, “it was an illusion to think that we could have a common currency and a single market with national approaches to economic and budgetary policy.”
