President Obama has outlined the case for US intervention to stop atrocities in Libya but that hasn't translated into action in Ivory Coast, where a ruler unwilling to give up power democratically has placed the country on the verge of a civil war. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Patrick Achi, a spokesman for Alassane Ouattara (pictured), the man internationally recognized as the winner of Ivory Coast's November election.
