The restoration of passenger rail service connecting the area to Boston has sparked a lively discussion about future development in this region, which is known for its pine barrens, farm land, and cranberry bogs. Some applaud the rail line as a smart way to reduce pollution and congestion from cars. But others say the new train service could promote sprawl and unwanted growth. Jeb Sharpe has our report.
