Haiti’s election commission has invited candidates to appeal the outcome of the country’s recent presidential election. It’s an attempt to restore calm after much unrest and allegations that the vote was rigged. Anchor Lisa Mullins finds out more from Robert Fatton, a Professor of Politics at the University of Virginia who is from Port-au-Prince and who has written extensively on Haiti’s political upheavals.
