A multimillionaire coal baron in China has paid around $1.5 million for an 11-month-old Tibetan Mastiff puppy named Big Splash. Anchor Lisa Mullins speaks with Malcolm Moore, the Shanghai correspondent for London's Daily Telegraph. He wrote about Big Splash and why the big dog has such a big price tag.
