Survivors of Japan’s earthquake and tsunami are expected to brave freezing temperatures –  Japan is in the midst of winter right now. The elderly and children will feel the brunt of this chill, as thousands of Japanese are without homes, electricity or heat.
   The cold weather poses an even greater challenge to relief efforts. Patrick McCormick, emergencies communications officer at UNICEF, tells us the challenges in protecting disaster survivors from the winter chill.
