US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before the House and Senate on Wednesday in what is expected to be her last appearance before lawmakers as America's top diplomat. Secretary Clinton faced tough questioning about the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya last year. Steve Clemons, the editor-at-large of The Atlantic says Clinton weathered the barrage, and discusses Clinton's legacy at the helm of the State Department.
