The skinny on tech future is looking awful skinny with the debut of PaperTab, a new paper-thin computer.

The flexible tablet, which looks kind of like a cross between a plastic-coated binder sheet and a placemat, was unveiled Friday at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, reported Reuters

“Within five to ten years, most computers, from ultra-notebooks to tablets, will look and feel just like these sheets of printed color paper," developers at Canada's Queen’s University announced on their website, according to Discovery News

The new, single-display tablet allows users to type, send emails, upload photos and switch between various applications. It was created in collaboration with Intel Labs and Plastic Logic, said Discovery
