Reese Witherspoon's people have apparently assured celebrity watchers that everything is fine despite the pregnant Oscar winner reportedly being rushed to a hospital twice in 24 hours.

Radar Online reported that Witherspoon, 36,  was not due until the beginning of September with baby number 3 — her first with husband Jim Toth.

Citing sources, Radar wrote that after being hospitalized Tuesday, Witherspoon "was released that night and then rushed back to the hospital on Wednesday. At this point it looks like she might have the baby.

"Reese and Jim are a little worried about having the baby so early. But it's close enough to her due date that they're confident the baby will be just fine."

The website GossipCop, meantime, dismissed the Radar report as "nothing more than an a sensational false alarm."

It cited a source close to Witherspoon as saying Witherspoon was "perfectly healthy and fine."

According to OK Magazine, Witherspoon was seen out for lunch on Tuesday afternoon.

Witherspoon, who has two children from her relationship with actor Ryan Phillippe — 12-year-old Ava and Deacon, 9 — married Toth in 2010 at her estate in Ojai, California in 2011.
