Nicole Kidman’s New York apartment sells for $16million
The Oscar-winning actress, 45, sold her residence in New York’s star-studded West Village on July 10 after owning it nine years.
Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman has sold one of her Manhattan apartments, located on Perry Street in the West Village, for a reported $16million.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 45-year-old bought the 12th floor residence nine years, and rented it for $45,000 a month.
Her neighbours included Hugh Jackman, who owns three floors of the sprawling luxury building, and Calvin Klein.
According to the Real Deal website, the Australian actress bought the apartment in 2003 under the name of her sister, Antonia Hawley, the Daily Mail reported.
It was purchased on July 10 for $16 million by an unknown buyer, according to The Real Deal.
Jim Carrey is also said to have scoped the building last year but did not end up buying.
Kidman and her husband Keith Urban, who are based in Tennessee, still have a New York home in West Chelsea, which they purchased last year, Hollywood.com said.
