5 dead in murder-suicide at Georgia health spa

A gunman shot four people to death inside a Korean health spa in suburban Atlanta on Tuesday night before turning the gun on himself in what authorities are calling a murder-suicide, possibly related to domestic violence.

Surveillance video showed a man walking into the Su Jung Health Sauna on Tuesday night and getting into an argument with someone, then opening fire, the Associated Press reported.

Police found four people dead when they arrived. A fifth person who was wounded but conscious later died at a hospital, Norcross police Capt. Brian Harr told CNN.

Three men and two women died in the incident, Harr said. Authorities withheld their names until they could notify family members.

Harr told the AP the shooting was "probably domestic-related," adding more information would be released Wednesday.

"It's so unexpected and unbelievable," Jon Lee told Atlanta TV station WGCL.

Lee said his friend, the spa owner, was killed in the shooting spree.

Paul Song Kim, pastor of Fire in the Eye Korean Baptist Church, told WGCL that the shooter was the brother-in-law of the spa owner and that the shooting occurred during a family meeting about finances, although authorities have not confirmed that.

Investigators believe about 20 people were inside the spa when the gunfire began around 8:30 p.m., the AP reported.
