Syrian tanks were seen leaving the restive city of Homs Tuesday morning, as a group of 50 observers from the Arab League arrived in the besieged city. Anti-government activists say at least 30 people were killed by security forces in Homs on Monday. Footage posted on the internet showed Homs’ devastated Baba Amr neighborhood after being attacked by tanks. Arab League monitors began their visit by meeting with Homs’ governor.
