Karzai's Rift with NATO

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has said NATO-led forces are "not allowed" to launch attacks on Afghan homes. He said NATO risked becoming an "occupying force" if it continued attacks which killed civilians. Host Lisa Mullins speaks with Ali Ahmad Jalali, Afghanistan's former Interior Minister, about President Hamid Karzai's call for an end to NATO home raids.
