Rio de Janeiro: location of Obama speech moved

Barack Obama was scheduled to speak to the Brazilian public in downtown Rio on Sunday, but the location has been changed at the last minute. He'll now speak indoors at the Municipal Theater. Some Brazilian publications are reporting that the speech will no longer be open to the public, without citing sources. The US Embassy in Brasilia confirmed the change of location when I called, but so far hasn't said whether the speech will be open to the public. Of course the biggest question is why. So far it's just speculation. O Globo says it might be for security reasons arising from increased tension with Libya.
