In our Geo Quiz we asked you to name a neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It’s a hip place… known for its bohemian cafes and hyper-active nightlife. The answer is Palermo. This part of Buenos Aires is the birthplace of a high-tech dance party movement, known as “zizek.” The movement is named after a Slovenian philosopher. At it’s musical heart — though — it’s all about cumbia. That’s a rhythm originally from Colombia. But zizekcumbia is something completely different — as you’ll hear in this report by Corey Takahashi.
