Police archive leads to arrests in Guatemala

Guatemala’s civil war lasted more than three decades. It left an estimated 200,000 people dead, and some 45,000 missing. Now a historic police archive has led to two arrests in the 1984 disappearance of one of those missing — student activist Edgar Fernando Garcia.
