Mexico and Ecuador embroiled in diplomatic crisis following Quito Embassy invasion

Mexico has severed ties and recalled its ambassador to Ecuador following that country’s invasion of the Mexican embassy in Quito. The attack on the embassy resulted in the arrest of the Ecuador’s former vice president, Jorge Glas.
