The Biden administration says it’s looking for leadership from the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank after the war in Gaza is over. The PA has sworn in a new technocratic government. But it’s not generating a great deal of excitement with the Palestinian public, in part because the war continues to rage in Gaza.
