What does it mean that Quebec is still very much on fire?

It’s too early to say exactly what the impacts of this fire season will mean for the province of Quebec and the rest of Canada. What’s clear is that early into the season, this is already the worst fire year the country has had on record, with blazes raging in every corner of the country. Eastern Canada is getting a particular wake-up call that they may need to manage their forests differently to prevent future catastrophic fire seasons. The World’s Anna Kusmer reports.
