Climate change disasters hit the most vulnerable the hardest

The poorest have always been most affected by floods, rising sea levels and cyclones. Although more and more countries are doing better at providing early warnings and getting people to safety, the elderly and the disabled are still often left behind. Jason Strother visited the low-lying Chattogram district in Bangladesh, where advocates say authorities must do a better job.
