Striking South Korean doctors risk arrest

Thousands of junior doctors in South Korea have stayed off the job for more than a week, jeopardizing healthcare in the country. They object to a plan by the government to train more physicians, and instead want more pay and better working hours for themselves. The government says if the doctors don’t return to work by Feb. 29, they will face arrest and risk losing their licenses. The World’s Patrick Winn explains what is at stake for both sides.
