Widow of assassinated Haitian leader indicted

In Haiti, a judge responsible for investigating the 2021 assassination of President Jovenel Moïse has indicted his widow, Martine Moise, along with 50 others, accusing them of “complicity and criminal association.” The judge in question, Walther Wesser Voltaire, is the fifth judge to lead the investigation, which has been mired in charges and countercharges since it began two years ago.
