Pesticides pardoned on European farms

The European Union has scrapped a plan to halve pesticide use by 2030, under pressure from farmers across the bloc. The farmers have been blocking access to major cities with their tractors. The victim in all this could just be the environment. The World’s Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona.
