There have been a number of reports of illegal and often violent pushbacks of asylum-seekers in the Balkans and the Aegean. Now, an investigation by journalists at Lighthouse Reports has proof: They witnessed and videotaped this taking place at the border of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Marco Werman speaks with journalist Klaas Van Dijken, the director of Lighthouse Reports. He personally observed the shadow army who is doing these illegal pushbacks.
