The ‘Pandora Papers’ are being called the greatest ever leak of secret deals and hidden assets. The files — nearly 12 million — reveal how some of the wealthiest and most powerful people on Earth keep their money in offshore accounts where they pay little or no taxes. Not all tax havens are illegal, says investigative reporter Luke Harding of the Guardian newspaper, but the revelations of this shadow financial world are problematic for many world leaders.
