In Ecuador on Wednesday, battles erupted inside the Litoral penitentiary in Guayaquil, where at least 116 people were killed and at least 80 injured. Authorities say this was the worst eruption of prison violence in the country’s history. Host Marco Werman speaks with Ecuador-based freelance reporter Kim Brown.
