Zimbabwe tells state employees to get vaccine or resign

Zimbabwe has issued an ultimatum to its state employees: get the COVID-19 vaccine or resign. Zimbabwean Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi made the plea on local radio. Zimbabwe employs about 300,000 civil servants. The government in Harare has already made it mandatory for people to get vaccinated to go to markets, gyms, restaurants and university exams.
