Intense flooding in Germany 

In the last few days, parts of Germany and Belgium have seen devastating flash floods. More than 120 people have died, and homes and streets have been ripped up by the sudden rush of water. Some climate scientists are surprised that flooding this severe would occur in the impacted areas, and at this time of year. Host Carol Hills speaks with Dieter Gerten, a professor at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research.
