European flooding leaves more than 1,000 missing, more than 100 dead

Devastating floods in western Germany and Belgium have left at least 108 people dead and more than 1,300 others unaccounted for. Meteorological experts say this amount of rainfall is the most the region has seen in over a hundred years. Rebecca Rosman reports from the Belgian city of Liège, where debris from homes destroyed in nearby towns flowed through the swollen river this week and the water nearly breached its banks.
