Fourteen years ago, 1st Lt. Andrew Bacevich died after an improvised explosive device detonated during a combat patrol in Iraq. Since then, his father, former US Army Col. Andrew Bacevich, has been pondering where responsibility for his son’s death lies. Bacevich talks with The World’s Marco Werman about his conclusion.
