Climate court cases are booming around the world 

Climate litigation is booming right now. Young people and other activists are strategically turning to the courts to put pressure on governments and corporations to do more to curb greenhouse gas emissions. Joana Setzer is a climate litigation expert at the London School of Economics. She keeps a database of every climate court case in the world. On this week’s The Big Fix, The World’s Marco Werman discusses how strategies for climate litigation have changed through the years.
