Germany makes a first attempt at a census for Black residents

Since the horrific legacy of the Holocaust, the German government has not collected data about racial demographics in its population. But Black German organizations are finding that they need the data in order to combat racism. E. Okobi reports on how Black Germans are self-identifying, and the organizations tasked with gathering this information.
