Ethiopia’s human rights situation continues to deteriorate in its Tigray region. There were reports of up to nine civilians killed this week by Eritrean troops in addition to rape and sexual abuse allegations leveled at both Eritrean and Ethiopian soldiers. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with International Crisis Group’s senior Ethiopia analyst William Davison about the latest developments.
