The United Nations recently urged 60 countries to repatriate the 27,000 children stranded at the al-Hol refugee camp in northeastern Syria. Many of the children are sons and daughters of ISIS fighters who once controlled large parts of Iraq and Syria. Now, these children remain stranded and abandoned to their fate.
