Xinjiang cotton fields shown to be using forced labor

New evidence from Chinese government documents and media reports reveals that hundreds of thousands of ethnic minority laborers in Xinjiang are being forced to pick cotton. Host Marco Werman speaks with Adrian Zenz, whose report for the Center for Global Policy shows how three Uighur regions mobilized at least 570,000 persons into cotton-picking operations in 2018 through the government’s coercive labor training and transfer scheme.
