Sweden recommends stricter measures as COVID-19 cases surge

Since the start of the pandemic, Sweden’s relaxed approach to the coronavirus has made headlines around the world. But it has also been controversial. Sweden has not implemented or enforced major restrictions to the same degree of some of its European neighbors. Now, the country is seeing a second major surge in cases. Host Marco Werman talks with Lena Einhorn, a filmmaker and former virologist who was one of the early opponents of Sweden’s coronavirus strategy.
