Palaeontologist finds dinosaur bone on small Scottish isle

The World

Elsa Panciroli, a palaeontologist, was running to meet up with her research team on Eigg Beach in 2017 when she came across a dinosaur bone. The small island, off the coast of Scotland, is less than 12 square miles. Scientists have been searching for dinosaur fossils there for about 200 years. It was a serendipitous day that brought new life to the search.
