After Tuesday’s explosion in Beirut, Lebanon's government has declared a two-week state of emergency. And Wednesday, the government declared a national day of mourning. Nearly 3,000 tons of ammonium nitrate produced the blast and the death toll is more than 100 with several thousand more wounded. Rebecca Collard reports from Beirut.
